In addition to running his own firm, Glenn serves as General Manager at a direct mail company, leading operations, software implementation, financial reporting, and invoicing. This dual perspective gives him both strategic insight and hands-on experience—an uncommon blend that benefits every client engagement.

Before launching Mertz Bookkeeping, Glenn built a strong foundation in the banking industry, progressing from teller to financial service representative, and later into loan operations and funding. He holds a degree in Business Management and brings over a decade of financial expertise to the table.
